It is a resort for adults 21 years of age or older looking for a fun-filled vacation. It is not a mega resort, which is a big plus.
Guests can participate in active entertainment if desired or just relax and soak up the sun, while they enjoy
this All-Inclusive experience.
A: ARE THE POOLS TOPLESS?
YES. If you choose, we have three swimming pools and they are top-optional.
A: IS NUDITY PERMITED?
NO. The main pools are top-optional only.
A:IS THE RESORT COUPLES ONLY?
NO. Both singles and couples will enjoy the adult only cancun vacation experience.
A: ARE DRINKS INCLUDED ONLY WITH MEALS?
YES. We are completely All-Inclusive which means all beverages, cocktails and refreshments are included.
Bar service is available from 10:00 am until 1:00 am.
After 1:00 am we offer non-alcoholic beverages for the remainder of the morning.
A: WHAT BRANDS OF DRINKS ARE INCLUDED?
We offer a variety of domestic brand alcoholic beverages, and we utilize Dos Equis Lager as our house beer.

There are a wide variety of food selections to please everyone`s taste. You have 5 different restaurants to choose from.
A: IS THE FOOD AT THE SNACK BARS INCLUDED?
YES. All meals and snacks are part of your All-Inclusive package, and believe me the food is great.
A: ARE DRESS CODES IN PLACE FOR THE SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS?
The dress code of the specialty restaurants is casual but a bit more elegant. No sport sandals, t-shirts without sleeves or pool shorts allowed.
A: HOW YOU CAN ENJOY AND RESERVE OUR SPECIALITY RESTAURANT?
Reservations can be made from 08:00 am to 11:00 am daily. Upon Check in you will receive coupons for the Restaurants a la carte as Follow:
--For 3 or 4 Nights Stay = 1 Coupon
--For 5 or 6 Nights stay = 2 Coupons
--For 7 or 9 Nights Stay= 3 Coupons.
--For 10 or 11 Nights Stay= 4 Coupons.
--For 12 or 13 Nights Stay= 5 Coupons.
--For 14 Nights Stay= 6 Coupons.
This will enable and equal opportunity for all and allow us to provide a high quality Services. Reservations are taken on a daily basis at the Il`piacere Restaurant. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ROOM SERVICE?
YES. We offer room service for continental breakfast. Fill in the request form and hang on your door before 2:00 am.

YES. We offer this service to our guests at an additional cost.
A: IS THERE INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS?
YES. Most definitely! We do offer this service to our guests at an additional cost. We have computers located in the lobby area.
A: IS THERE A SPA OR HEALTH CLUB?
YES. There is a two-floor facility. On the ground floor you can enjoy your favorite spa treatment at an extra cost. On the upper floor you can work out in the gym.
A: ARE THERE A SMOKING ROOMS AND HOTEL AREAS?
YES. The Resort has Smoking and Non-Smoking rooms available on request, just as specific areas in our restaurants, nevertheless public areas and bars are available for Smokers.
A: IS THERE ANY COMPLIMENTARY TRASPORTATION AT THE HOTELS?

*Bracelets: Its usage is mandatory in case of damage, show up to the front desk for replacement. In case of loss there is a charge of $50.00 USD.
*Safety Deposit Box: The is not responsible for valuables left outside of the box. Digital boxes are available in all rooms, request the service at the Front Desk. Daily Fee of $3.00 USD.
*Phone Calls: To make phone call to a 1-800 numbers or calling card from the rooms, there is an extra charge of $50.00 Pesos for the connection plus the phone call.
*Visitors: The access to the hotel is restricted to our registered guest only, if you wish to invite someone to the hotel you must purchase a Day or Night Pass at the Front Desk.
--Day pass from: 12:00 pm to 01:00 am $75.00 USD.
--Night pass from: 01:00 pm to 12:00 pm $90.00 USD
*Towel Cards: Beach towel service is From 8.30 am to 5:00 Pm. The charge for lost towel or towel card is $25.00 USD. Your Towel card will be requested Upon CHECK OUT.
