A variety of wines that will compliment
every meal will be showcased throughout the event. Master
Sommeliers will be your guide through wine tastings over the course of the
Epicurean Escape.
Jamaican
Rum Tasting / Cigar
Rolling
J. Wray and Nephew; leading distributors of alcoholic beverages on the island
will be conducting rum tasting while a Cigar maker will be using Jamaican
tobacco to make a variety of flavoured cigars. Guests will be able to walk
through and sample rums and watch cigar rolling while listening to the tropical
sounds of a Jamaican Mento band.
Coffee
Tasting
Jamaica's premium
coffee from the cool hills of Blue Mountain will be on offer for the
connoisseur. The aroma of coffee will fill the air as you sip liquer or have your
coffee brewed while enjoying voices of the Jamaican folk singers. You may even
learn a little about the history of this World Class blend.

Enjoy innovative mixology demonstrations of gold medal award winning drinks.

It is not everyday that you have
an opportunity to mix and mingle with celebrity chefs, sample plates from their
hands, this is yours and it is all included in your package at the "Jawaiian
Escape."
For 2005 Chef Stephen Window of Roppongi fame is already on
board, along with Food and Wine's Best New Chef for the year; the event would
not be complete without
the Caribbean's best, Chef Martin Maginley or a Pacific Rim chef to add that
spice to the Jawaiian theme.
